On one hand www.tr-anslation.com, and on the other hand the user, both agree hereby the terms and conditions that will govern the benefit of this service of private online Turkish lessons, summarized in the following points:

1 - The submission by the user to www.tr-anslation.com of the "lesson requesting form", means the user accepts all these terms.

2 - The service is based on the direct communication between the user and teacher via free VOIP software that allows the communication from pc to pc. This service can be "windows live messenger" or "Skype" , as the user chooses. The user must have installed this VOIP software in the pc that will receive the lessons, being familiarized with its handling and operation. Nonfulfillment by the user of this condition won't be responsibility of www.tr-anslation.com.

3 - The user must be also familiarized with the handling and operation of Windows, as well as the Internet browsers (Windows Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox...) and the e-mail software tools. Nonfulfillment by the user of this condition won't be responsibility of www.tr-anslation.com .

4 - The schedules of the lessons will be agreed according to the time zone where the user is, and according to www.tr-anslation.com availability. The acceptance by the user of the agreed scheduled lessons program, means the user´s commitment to accomplish with it.

5 - www.tr-anslation.com will elaborate a schedule program of classes with the number of hours that the user wants to take, being its execution respected insofar as possible.
In the case that some scheduled lesson could fail due to the user´s attributable causes (*1), www.tr-anslation.com will try to postpone the fail lesson according to the teachers availability, making all the best in order to the user don´t lose any paid lesson, but www.tr-anslation.com can not guarantee it.
The scheduled lessons that will fail due to user´s attributable causes will not be refunded.

6 - in the case that some lesson could fail due to www.tr-anslation.com attributable causes (*2), the user will be able to take one of the following choices
a) To postpone the lesson to another day
b) To be refunded for the amount of the fail lesson (*3)
The user will communicate to www.tr-anslation.com by e-mail the taken option within the 6 hours after the failed lesson. If the user do not communicate to www.tr-anslation.com his choice in term, www.tr-anslation.com will allow the recovery of the fail lesson, but not the money refund.

(1 *) they are considered attributable causes to the user the following ones:
a) - not to be connected and identified accurately by means of the agreed messaging service at the scheduled day and time or to do that being delayed more than fifteen minutes for any reason.
b) - Shortcomings or interruptions in the connection due to attributable causes to the supplier of the user's Internet service connection.
c) - Any problem about hardware or software in the user's Pc,.

(2 *) they are considered attributable causes to www.tr-anslation.com the following ones:
a) - not to be connected and identified accurately by means of the agreed messaging service at the scheduled day and time or to do that being delayed more than fifteen minutes for any reason.
b) - Shortcomings or interruptions in the connection due to attributable causes to the supplier of the teacher's Internet service connection.
c) - Any problem about hardware or software in the teacher's Pc,.

(*3) www.tr-anslation.com will refund money only in the case that some lesson could fail due to causes attributable to www.tr-anslation.com. In that case, the user must be registered as Paypal user in order to be refunded because www.tr-anslation.com only refunds for means of Paypal. More information about these transactions in http://www.paypal.com

7 -The first lesson is a free demo. lasting not more than 30 minutes, and having the following goals:
- Let the teacher and the user meet and introduce each other.
- Let the teacher evaluate the user´s Turkish level in order to elaborate the lessons program
- Let the teacher test the user´s knowledge level about the needed software for the development of the lessons (Windows, e-mail, Internet browser, Skype, Windows Live…) In the case that www.tr-anslation.com consider that the user have not an accurate knowledge about the use of any of the mentioned tools,

www.tr-anslation.com can refuse to give the lessons .
- Let the user test the quality of teaching and the good operation of the system, In order to decide its continuity as student.

8 - The purchase of lessons by the user after the first free lesson means that the user is satisfied with the service, with the teacher and with the teaching system. The user can buy lessons starting from 3 hours up to 20 hours. The lessons can last from half an hour up to one hour and a half.

9 - Payments must be made in advance. www.tr-anslation.com wont give any lesson that will have not previously paid by the user. Payment should be made at least 24 hours before the next lesson. Payments are valid only for 45 days. Therefore, the schedules must keep in mind this term and the lessons should be taken inside this term or they will get lost.

10 - After every class, the user will receive by e-mail a report with the history of payments as well as received and remaining lessons. If the user feels satisfied with the service and he/she wants to continue studying with www.tr-anslation.com, he/she can buy more time of lessons as much often as he/she wants. However, schedules availability must be confirmed by www.tr-anslation.com before.

11 - To buy lessons, the user just needs to ask the teacher for it and www.tr-anslation.com will send a Paypal payment request the user´s email address.
The user will make "click" on the link that will appear in that payment request and will follow the steps on the screen. Payments are made inside Paypal´s web site by means of credit cards or Paypal Account. It is completely safe, being Paypal who provide the security required in this type of transactions.

12 - Each lesson means the total acceptance of previous lessons by the user, The fact of receiving new lessons (independently of the payments that the user have made) is a proof of satisfaction with the service, with the teacher and with the teaching system.
Any complain can be made by the user to www.tr-anslation.com by writing to the following e-mail address: www.tr-anslation.com

13 - Everything that will be written during the lessons will be recorded by the teacher in Skype or Windows Live conversations records, for two reasons:
- As a didactic tool resource.
- As a proof that the lesson has been given.
www.tr-anslation.com won't use this recordings for other purposes and The user authorizes the teacher to record the lessons

14 - The e-mail is the way of communication between www.tr-anslation.com and the user for everything related to this service. The e-mail address to be used by the user for this purpose is info@tr-anslation.com

Q.- Do you provide didactic tools? A.- Yes, I provide the necessary didactic tools. Everything is included in the lesson's price.
Q.- When I connect with the teacher, how does she know it´s me and not another person? And vice-versa? A.- The ID.(user name) that you give me for "Windows Live" or "Skype" is what identifies you. In the same way, the ID. (user name) that I give you for "Windows Live" or "Skype" is what identifies the teacher. I give the lessons to the person who logs-in under the correct ID at the scheduled time. It is the responsibility of each student to keep their personal ID safe..
Q.- I don't understand the payment procedure. I mean... Why not to pay in your web site instead of Paypal web site? A. - The payment procedure is simple. You ask me for buying lessons -and you will receive immediately a payment request by e-mail. You just need to have your credit card on hand and to follow the instructions on your screen, in the same way that any other purchase through internet. It is easy! ... And about the second question: "Why not to pay in your web site instead of Paypal web site?", Well, that´s for security reasons, since "Paypal.com" provides the most advanced security systems about e-commerce. Besides, the fact of being a "verified Paypal user" is a warranty for both buyer and seller. www.tr-anslation.com *is "verified Paypal user"*
	Q.- Must I pay every time that I want to take one lesson? A. - No, you can buy lessons either for 10 hours or for 20 hours. The lessons you buy are given according to your personal scheduled program of classes. Please remember that every lesson can last from 1 hour up to 2 hours (as maximum).
Q. - Why should I buy 10 hours of lessons every time I pay ? A. The more lessons the student buys, it is much better in order to schedule its personal program. That is "lessons booking " and no one else can occupy your time.
Q.- What happens when one lesson cannot be given or it is interrupted? A. - That is explained in "*terms and conditions of the service" whose acceptance by the student is obligated before taking the first lesson. When it is tr-anslation.com's* fault, the failed lesson could be postponed. Refund is an option too. When it is student's fault, the failed lesson could be postponed depending of the teacher´s agenda. Please read the points 5th and 6th of the mentioned "terms and conditions".
Q.- What happens if I can´t take some lessons that I have paid? A.- In this case, the teacher will do his best effort in order to postpone the lesson according to your personal scheduled program, but I can´t guarantee this point. Please remember that payments are valid only during 45 days. The personal scheduled programs are made according to this point and consequently, the lessons have to be taken within this term. Otherwise the possibility to take the lessons get lost.
Q.- Can I change the programmed schedule? A.- Yes, you can, but it depends on the teacher´s agenda readiness. It is very important to fulfill the personal scheduled program that *tr-anslation.com* arranges with the student at the beginning of the lessons. Please keep in mind that I assist other students and I may have complete my agenda.
