obligation?
A. - Absolutely not.

Q - I don't speak Turkish at all, how does the teacher
communicate with me?
A - I speak English, French, Turkish and Greek, but don't worry,
you are going to be
able to speak Turkish very soon.

Q - Do I need to know
a lot about computers in order to take the lessons?
A - No, as long as you have basic computer skills (Internet Explorer,
Word, e-mail) you should experience no problems. |

Q. - What about my Turkish level? Is it going to be
evaluated?
A. - Of course. I evaluate the student´s level in the
first free lesson in order to make a personalized program for the
classes.

Q.- How are your courses structured ?
A.- I structure my courses according to the European standard
which is:

A1. - Beginner: Introductory level
A2. - Basic: Survival level (elementary Knowledge)
B1. - Low intermediate: Limited expression and limited
understanding.
B2. - High intermediate: Improved expression and understanding
C1. - High level: The level of competent user (good expression and
understanding)
C2. -. Advanced: The level of the good user (complete Fluency)

Q.- Do you provide some accreditation or academic diploma?
A.- I aim to give you the skills and confidence to pass any
examinations you might wish to take at other accreditted
institutions.

Q.- Do you provide didactic tools?
A.- Yes, I provide the necessary didactic tools.
Everything is included in the lesson's price.

Q.- When I connect with the teacher, how does she know it´s
me and not another person? And vice-versa?
A.- The ID.(user name) that you give me for "Windows Live" or
"Skype" is what identifies you. In the same way, the ID. (user name)
that I give you for "Windows Live" or "Skype" is what identifies
the teacher. I give the lessons to the person who
logs-in under the correct ID at the scheduled time. It is the
responsibility of each student to keep their personal ID safe..

Q.- I don't understand the payment procedure. I mean... Why
not to pay in your web site instead of Paypal web site?
A. - The payment procedure is simple. You ask me for buying lessons
-and you will receive immediately a payment request by e-mail. You
just need to have your credit card on hand and to follow the
instructions on your screen, in the same way that any other purchase
through internet. It is easy! ... And about the second question:
"Why not to pay in your web site instead of Paypal web site?",
Well, that´s for security reasons, since "Paypal.com" provides the
most advanced security systems about e-commerce. Besides, the fact
of being a "verified Paypal user" is a warranty for both buyer and
seller.

Q.- Must I pay every time that I want to take one lesson?
A. - No, you can buy lessons either for 10 hours or for 20 hours.
The lessons you buy are given according to your personal scheduled
program of classes. Please remember that every lesson can last from
1 hour up to 2 hours (as maximum).

Q. - Why should I buy 10 hours of lessons every
time I pay ?
A. The more lessons the student buys, it is much better in order to
schedule its personal program. That is "lessons booking " and no one
else can occupy your time.

Q.- What happens when one lesson cannot be given or it is
interrupted?
A. - That is explained in " terms
and conditions of the service" whose acceptance by
the student is obligated before taking the first lesson. When it is
tr-anslation.com's fault, the failed lesson could be postponed.
Refund is an option too. When it is student's fault, the failed lesson
could be postponed depending of the teacher´s agenda. Please read
the points 5th and 6th of the mentioned "terms and conditions". |

Q.- What happens if I can´t take some lessons that I have
paid?
A.- In this case, the teacher will do his best effort in order to
postpone the lesson according to your personal scheduled program,
but I can´t guarantee this point. Please remember that payments
are valid only during 45 days. The personal scheduled
programs are made according to this point and consequently, the
lessons have to be taken within this term. Otherwise the possibility
to take the lessons get lost.

Q.- Can I change the programmed schedule?
A.- Yes, you can, but it depends on the teacher´s agenda readiness.
It is very important to fulfill the personal scheduled
program that tr-anslation.com arranges with the student
at the beginning of the lessons. Please keep in mind that I assist other students and
I may have complete my agenda.
